Senior Principal Finance Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data related to MRO processes and providing recommendations to clients to improve financial performance. This includes analyzing costs, identifying areas for cost reduction, and developing financial models to support decisionmaking. The consultant may also provide training and support to ensure successful implementation of financial recommendation
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Analyzing financial data: The consultant analyzes financial data related to MRO processes, including costs associated with maintenance and repair activities, to identify areas for improvement.
2. Recommending cost reduction strategies: Based on the analysis, the consultant recommends cost reduction strategies, such as optimizing inventory levels, improving asset utilization, and streamlining procurement processes.
3. Gathering the requirements and writing the professional documentation (SDLC) processes.
4. Implementing financial recommendations: The consultant works closely with the client to implement the recommended cost reduction strategies and financial models. This may involve training and support to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
5. Monitoring financial performance: The consultant monitors financial performance related to MRO processes, including tracking actual costs against budgeted costs and identifying areas for further cost reduction. This may involve generating reports and dashboards using Cost Point to provide insights into financial performance.
6. Performs all other duties assigned by the Manager Information Technology.
