Job Summary

Inspects, repairs, modifies and maintains aeronautical support equipment used in direct support of aircraft maintenance.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Solves, repairs and performs maintainance by using technical manuals, manufacturer manuals, schematic diagrams and technical orders.

2. Uses prescribed test sets to determine proper operation of equipment, interprets findings and performs corrective actions.

3. Performs repair of equipment such as compressors, hydraulic/pneumatic sets, cabin leak testers, air conditioners, heaters and test stands.

4. Performs both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on equipment.
